Complaints Procedure Policy for Zenith Performance and Recovery

At Zenith Performance and Recovery, we strive to provide the highest quality service. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your experience, please follow the steps outlined below to ensure your concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

1. How to Make a Complaint:

• Complaints can be made in writing via email or by calling the details below Please include your name, contact details, and a brief description of the issue.
• All complaints will be treated confidentially and with respect.

2. Acknowledgment:

• Upon receiving your complaint, we will acknowledge it within 2 working days.
• We may ask for additional information if needed to fully understand the issue.

3. Investigation:

• Your complaint will be investigated thoroughly by the therapist involved or, if      necessary, another representative of Zenith Performance and Recovery.
• We aim to resolve complaints within 10 working days. If additional time is required, we will keep you informed of the progress.

4. Resolution:

• We will provide you with a written response detailing the findings and actions taken to resolve the complaint.
• If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may request a further review.
