The starting point for everyone. This session is ideal for addressing injuries, movement restrictions, imbalances, and performance issues. We assess your posture, range of motion (ROM), and movement patterns to create a tailored treatment plan. Hands-on treatment includes soft tissue work, with cupping and taping if required.
Your session includes a full assessment of posture, range of motion (ROM), and movement patterns. From there, we create a plan tailored to your needs—whether it’s injury recovery, movement correction, or performance enhancement.
For optimum results, we work together over time. This isn’t just about a one-off treatment—it's about bridging the gap between generic online coaching, attending general fitness classes, and the specialist recovery & movement coaching you need to stay injury-free and performing at your best.
Most athletes and active individuals attend group classes or follow online training plans, but these often lack the personalised attention needed to address movement restrictions, imbalances, and recovery needs effectively.
Regular hands-on work for recovery, mobility, and movement refinement. However, ongoing treatments are not intended to be indefinite—the goal is for you to develop effective mobility and flexibility routines that support your movement independently.
If you can’t visit in person, I’m available to provide guidance, check-ins, and movement clarification when needed.
For clients with ongoing appointments, I offer WhatsApp check-ins to help you stay on track, answer quick questions, and ensure your new routines are working for you.
If you’re an ongoing client, you can contact me via WhatsApp for reasonable check-ins, movement clarification, and support with your recovery plan. This is not a replacement for a consultation, but I’m here to help you refine your approach as you progress.
By working together over time, we ensure you improve movement efficiency, stay ahead of setbacks, and continue progressing toward your performance and recovery goals—all while developing the skills and routines to maintain mobility and flexibility independently.
