Welcome to Zenith Performance and Recovery. By booking our services, you agree to the following Terms of Use. These terms outline your rights and responsibilities and ensure that we provide the best possible service.

We are committed to protecting your personal data and ensuring that your privacy is respected in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 2. Booking and Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
  • Payment methods accepted include debit/credit cards and online payments through our booking system.
  • By booking an appointment, you consent to us securely storing your contact and payment information in accordance with GDPR for booking, payment, and communication purposes.


3. Cancellation Policy

We kindly request that appointments be cancelled or rescheduled as early as possible to ensure maximum availability for other clients.

Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

  • More than 48 hours before the appointment: 100% refund (minus any card processing fees).
  • 24 to 48 hours before the appointment: 50% refund (minus any card processing fees).
  • Less than 24 hours before the appointment: No refund will be issued.

Extenuating Circumstances

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you experience extenuating circumstances, please contact us directly, and we will handle these situations with empathy and flexibility.

Card Processing Fees

Please note that card processing fees cannot be refunded, even in the case of a cancellation.

This policy ensures that clients are seen in a timely manner and helps maintain the availability of our schedule.


4. Privacy and Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously and comply with GDPR to protect your personal information. By booking our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data (such as name, contact details, and payment information) solely for the purposes of managing your appointments, processing payments, and providing services.

  • Your information will be stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
  • You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data at any time.

5. WhatsApp Support Policy

As part of our commitment to ongoing client support, limited WhatsApp support is available for brief follow-up guidance. This service is designed for quick check-ins, exercise clarification, and general recovery advice, but it does not replace full consultations or assessments.


5.1 What’s Included:

Clarification of exercises or recovery techniques discussed in your session.
Guidance on implementing movement and recovery strategies.
Short check-ins related to progress.


5.2 What’s NOT Included:

Diagnosing injuries or providing medical advice.
Full programming or ongoing coaching.
24/7 availability or urgent care responses.


5.3 Availability & Response Time:

  • WhatsApp messages will be responded to within working hours in a reasonable timeframe.
  • Working hours as shown on the website contact
  • Messages sent outside of these hours will be responded to on the next working day.

For urgent concerns, a follow-up session may be required. If you need in-depth advice or assessment, please book a consultation.


6. Liability

  • Zenith Performance and Recovery shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of our services, except where such liability is legally required.
  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during consultations to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the services provided.


7. In-Home Service Requirements

For treatments conducted at clients' homes:

  • Clients must ensure a clean, safe, and private space where the session can take place without disruptions.
  • Zenith Performance and Recovery reserves the right to decline service if the environment does not meet these conditions, and a full session fee may still apply.
